Job description
The employee will be responsible for planning and delivering CRM
across the organization to retain the existing customer base and continuously reach out to
new customers.
Job responsibilities
- Setup and execute send-outs in collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders based on brand and product specific roadmaps.
- Pulling and organizing segmentation lists to prepare for the execution of communication content.
- Set up campaigns on desktop and mobile across brands.
- Compile and raise creative design briefs to the designers.

- Setting up and reporting on A/B tests on a regular basis.
- Continuously evaluate and report on send-outs in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Suggest new ways to create more effective campaigns and CRM activities.
- Ensure timely delivery and flawless quality on all tasks handled.
- Analyze and work on the continuous improvement of working processes
- Prepare reports as necessary
Required qualifications
- Degree in marketing, mathematics, economics, or other related fields
- 1 year of iGaming or digital marketing experience
- Html/CSS and Excel knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Additional languages will count as plus
- Ability to create reports and summarize data
- Excellent communication and collaboration team working skills
- Excited to learn from those around you and contribute to a successful team
- Previous experience with CRM tools will be counted as a plus
